Cherokee construction division lands first public-sector contract

TULSA – The construction arm of Cherokee Nation Industries will use a $5.3 million Bixby park contract to start its national expansion.
Building the 67-acre second phase of the city of Bixby’s Bentley Park expansion represents the first public-sector job by the Stillwell-based Cherokee Nation Construction Management Division, which has finished $50 million in Cherokee construction projects over the last two years.
